The Abuja Global Shapers Community, a World Economic Forum-affiliated network of young leaders driving social impact initiatives across the city, is officially opening applications for its 2026/2027 recruitment cycle.
Who Abuja Global Shapers is looking for
The community is seeking dynamic, action-driven young leaders ready to co-create solutions for Abuja. Applicants should be:
- Between 18 and 27 years old
- A proven changemaker with a track record of impact
- A resident of Abuja
- Deeply passionate about volunteering and social impact
Skills the community is scouting for
Abuja Global Shapers is specifically looking for talent in the following areas:
- Photography and Videography
- Graphic Design
- Partnerships and Fundraising
- Web Development
- Project Management
- Advocacy
Global Shapers Abuja forms part of a global network of over 500 hubs worldwide, working on projects spanning education, sustainability, health, economic opportunity and inclusion, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
